Nope.
Restriction isn't the goal here. There might be moments where we adjust a food, a portion, a combination, or how something's prepared, but that comes from what we're actually seeing in your situation, not some universal "good food, bad food" list.
The point is for you to feel more confident around food. Not more scared of it.
-
Not automatically, no.
We don't cut things just because they showed up on someone else's gut-health list. We look at what's actually relevant for you.
And yes, real life counts here. Restaurants, holidays, travel, coffee with friends, all of that is part of life, not something we design your health around avoiding.

Honestly, this is where a lot of the women I talk to end up.
Eating nutritious food is genuinely good for you, but "healthy" doesn't automatically mean every food, portion, or eating pattern is going to feel comfortable for every person. It's more personal than that.
-
You're not buying more information here. You already have plenty of that.
We look at what you've already tried, what you're doing now, and what patterns actually show up for you. Then we test some changes, see how you respond, and adjust from there, rather than assuming one protocol just works for everybody.

I bring in some TCM principles as part of a broader holistic approach, mostly around ideas like seasonality, food preparation, and individual constitution.
I don't present it as scientifically proven medical fact, and it's never a replacement for proper medical care.
-
No. I'm a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork practitioner.
My coaching is educational and supportive. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. If you're dealing with severe, persistent, new, or worsening symptoms, unexplained weight loss, blood in your stool, or anything that feels genuinely concerning, please see a doctor first.

That's exactly what the Digestive Health Clarity Call is for.
We'll talk about what you're going through, what you're hoping to change, and what working together would actually look like. If it feels right on both sides, we'll talk next steps.

I completely understand. I spent years seeing different practitioners too, and I often felt like nobody was really looking at me as a whole person.
That’s a big part of how I work differently.
I take the time to really understand you — not only what you eat, but your symptoms, habits, lifestyle, stress, sleep and everything else that may be influencing how you feel.
And you’re not left alone with a plan between our sessions. I’m in your corner throughout the whole process. You have WhatsApp support, so when a question comes up while you’re cooking, shopping, eating out or having a difficult digestive day, you can ask me right then — not wait weeks for your next appointment.
We look at what’s happening, learn from your body and adjust together. You’re not just another appointment in my calendar.

My coaching programme lasts 4 months (8 sessions).
I know that might sound like a long time, but we’re not doing a quick reset or following another temporary diet. We’re taking the time to understand your body, make changes step by step, see how you respond and adjust along the way.
My goal is that by the end, you don’t need me anymore. You understand your body better, feel more confident in your choices and have tools you can continue using long after our work together ends.
